Study Buddies

Are both you and your child getting frustrated when it comes to homework completion? Are you looking for additional support for your child?

Study Buddies is a program designed to pair a younger elementary/middle school student who has trouble completing homework with an older, academically competent high school student.

It is not a tutoring program.

It is a program that focuses on the challenges the younger students have with the process of homework. This program will pair your child with a buddy from Columbia High School.

The high school student chosen to be paired with your child is hardworking, dedicated, trustworthy, and organized. Families pay the “Study Buddy” $15 an hour.
