Auction for Vegas Night at The Woodland

Save the date! Marshall & Jefferson Elementary Schools PTA are hosting our annual spring fundraiser on Saturday, March 30th. This year, bring your poker face at The Woodland which we magically transform into a Casino. Tickets will go on sale soon so buy early.

Right now, we are seeking items for our ever popular silent auction. Have an item or a great connection to an event or experience? If you are able to donate to the auction, please fill out the Auction Donation Form.

Participating businesses will be prominently featured in our event communication and program. In addition, each communication contains a “support our supporters” listing contact details for these businesses. All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible.

We expect over 300 people to attend in person, with an additional 500 people able to access your item through our online bidding platform. We plan to raise funds that will go towards various cultural arts program, outdoor learning center and STEM-focused activities and projects for our students.
